I recently purchased an adorable forest green beanie for my new little guy. I bought priority shipping in hopes that it would arrive in time to keep my newborn’s head warm for a night at a pumpkin patch. Shortly after my purchase I received an email from Carl, one of the owners of Slouch Headwear. He explained that there had been a delay in when he could ship out the beanie do to a family event, but he noticed that I happen to live close by to him so he personally delivered the beanie to my house and left it on my porch as I was not home to answer the door. I was so impressed with the above and beyond customer service! When I arrived home that night I found an added beanie in my package. They are both absolutely adorable and will be well loved this winter season! It’s rare to find such a well-made item that pairs with outstanding customer service.
